For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates (usually 5–7 days)
  • Delays may occur due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances

Once the order is handed to the courier:

  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control

All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Key conditions:

  • 7-day return window
  • Unboxing video is mandatory
  • No returns for used or opened products
  • No cancellation after shipment
