At Aromallo, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time across Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship only within Pakistan
- All orders are dispatched through trusted courier partners (e.g., Pakistan Post)
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day
We reserve the right to delay processing in case of:
- High order volume
- Verification delays
- Operational issues
3. Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days
Delivery time may vary depending on:
- City/location
- Courier performance
- Weather or external factors
We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification
To prevent fake orders and losses:
- COD orders may require mandatory phone verification
- Orders will only be processed after successful confirmation
- If you do not respond to calls/messages:
- Your order may be automatically canceled
We reserve the right to:
- Reject COD orders without confirmation
- Restrict COD access for suspicious activity
5. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above Rs. 2499
- Standard shipping charges may apply on orders below this amount (if applicable at checkout)
6. Order Tracking
- Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped
- It is the customer’s responsibility to stay available for delivery updates
7. Delivery Responsibility
- Customers must ensure availability at the provided address
- Courier may attempt delivery multiple times
If:
- Customer is unreachable
- Address is incorrect
- Delivery is refused
The order may be:
- Returned back to us
- Marked as a failed delivery
8. Failed Deliveries & Re-Shipping
If your order is returned due to:
- Non-response
- Refusal to accept
- Incorrect details
Then:
- Re-shipping may require advance payment
- COD option may be disabled for future orders
9. Risk & Liability
Once the order is handed over to the courier:
- Delivery responsibility shifts to the courier
- We are not liable for:
- Delays
- Lost packages (but we will assist in resolution)
10. Damaged Parcel Handling
If your parcel appears damaged at delivery:
- Do not accept it blindly
- Record an unboxing video immediately
All claims are subject to our Refund Policy.
11. Policy Abuse & Restrictions
We actively monitor:
- Fake orders
- Repeated failed deliveries
- Intentional refusals
We reserve the right to:
- Block such customers
- Restrict COD access
- Cancel future orders
