Refund policy

At Aromallo, we maintain strict quality control. To ensure fairness and prevent misuse, all returns and refunds are handled under the conditions below.


Return Window (7 Days)

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Requests made after 7 days will be automatically rejected.


Strict Return Eligibility

A return will ONLY be accepted if:

  • Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Product seal must be intact
  • Unboxing video is provided (mandatory)
  • Issue is genuine and verifiable

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Fragrance preference issues (“I didn’t like the smell”)
  • Opened or used products
  • Minor packaging wear (that does not affect product)

Unboxing Video (Compulsory Proof)

This is your only valid proof.

Your video must:

  • Start before opening the parcel
  • Clearly show the sealed package
  • Show the full opening process without cuts
  • Clearly display the product condition

⚠️ If the video is missing, edited, unclear, or incomplete → claim will be rejected without exception


Damaged / Wrong Product Claims

If you receive:

  • Damaged item
  • Leakage
  • Wrong product

Report within 48 hours of delivery (not 7 days)

After verification:

  • You will receive a replacement (preferred resolution)
  • Refund will only be issued if replacement is not possible

Return Shipping Policy

  • If claim is approved → we cover return cost
  • If claim is invalid or misleading → return will be rejected and shipping cost will NOT be covered

We reserve the right to deny returns if misuse is suspected


Exchanges

Allowed ONLY if:

  • Wrong item received
  • Product is damaged/leaking

No exchanges for personal preference.


Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation allowed only before order is shipped
  • Once shipped → no cancellation allowed

COD orders may require confirmation call
Failure to confirm may result in automatic cancellation


Refund Policy

Once return is approved and inspected:

  • Refund will be issued to:
    • Original payment method, OR
    • Bank transfer (for COD orders)

⏳ Processing time: 7–8 business days


Non-Acceptable Returns (Zero Tolerance)

We strictly reject:

  • Used perfumes
  • Opened bottles
  • Fake damage claims
  • Returns without approval
  • Missing unboxing video

Accounts found abusing policy may be:

  • Blocked from future orders
  • Restricted from COD
